RIB-TICKLERS
As journalists, we sometimes take ourselves too seriously. Fortunately, at the Summit Daily News, we have an antidote. It's an anonymous, no-holds-barred daily column that is sometimes whimsical and sometimes downright absurd. This is a place where we can blow off steam and make fun of anything that comes to mind, be it the pitfalls of our own profession, the giant puddle in the employee parking lot outside our office, or the current utterances of our presidential candidates. As a senior reporter with the Summit Daily, I've probably written more of these columns as anyone. Click below to read a few samples from the world's only daily column written at 9,000 feet, "where altitude is more than just a state of mind."
